Valley Mills Vineyards

Valley Mills Vineyards is a full-production family-run winery just west of Waco, TX. Our wines, including benchmark Texas Tempranillo, are made from 100% Texas-grown grapes. These grapes come from vineyards in Bosque county, including the 12 acres that we farm, as well as several vineyards in west Texas. Our belief that great wines are grown, not made, informs intensive farming practices and minimal-intervention winemaking methods. The tasting room at our Estate Winery is open daily from 12-6 PM, and guests can expect high-level service and Texas hospitality.
