We love to provide simple, delicious, nourishing food. Our long fermentation process creates nuanced flavors and a bread that is easier to digest. We place a high value on freshness and commitment to our regional food-shed. All of our breads are sourdough, and we have a selection of 100% whole grain options. Our flours are sourced locally from Camas Country Mill in Junction City, OR. We do not label our bread organic, although the majority of our flours are organic, and those that are not are transitional. We are also proud to offer a variety of pastries with a lower sugar content than most.
