Our product is an Authentic Belgian Liege Waffle. Liege (lee-EJ) waffles are renowned for their steamy warm chewy centers, a crispy sweet outside, and a caramelized pearl sugar crunch finish. Our Belgium Liege waffles are made from scratch using our own yeast-based dough recipe (as opposed to a batter). Using a three-rise, 24-hour dough proofing creates a waffle whose texture closely resembles French Brioche Bread. Waffle toppings include Vanilla ice cream, Whipped cream, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Bananas, Nutella, Reese’s peanut butter cream, Ghirardelli fudge, Ghirardelli caramel, whipped cream, imported chocolate sprinkles from the Netherlands, Lemon curd, Candied bacon, Honey Goat cheese, Fresh Mint and more.Over 2019 we will be offering French crepes, Fresh salads, "Noodle bowl" offerings such as Lasagna, Parmesan, Buttered, Pesto, Alfredo, Lemon Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala noodle bowls.
