Jerusalem Rose Market

We are a small, family operated Palestinian grocery store and deli. At our market we sell grocery items from our native Palestine swell as the broader SWANA (Southwest Asia/North Africa) region as well seasonal farm fresh produce from small local farms. In addition to these items we specialize in traditional hummus, labneh, mutabal, foule mudammes, and fried pita chips that we make in a commissary kitchen. These ready to eat, freshly made items are what we would love to vend at the Portland Farmers market. These recipes are traditional, passed down by generations and are made by our head chef (my mother) who is a Palestinian elder with remarkable heritage wisdom.
