Captain Jo's Fish Dips

Captain Jo's is proud to offer several delicious, gourmet smoked fish dips! Authentically Wood Smoked Yellow Fin Tuna, King Fish and Pink Salmon Fish Dips. All our fish are fully sustainable and wild caught. We are proud to offer locally wild caught Yellow Fin Tuna and King Fish right from the eastern shores of Central Florida. Our sustainable - wild caught Salmon is brought in from NW Canada. We slow smoke our sustainable 100% wild caught fish using sweet woods, then chop and mix with a special blend of organic herbs and spices. Then blend into a rich and delicious base to create the most palatable, smooth yet chunky fish dips ever! We also offer a "Heart Healthy" version using Neuf Chatel Cream Cheese and Olive Oil Mayo for those that request them. We also offer Ready-to-Eat appetizers for your patrons to enjoy with their choice of delicious dip, chips and homemade pickles, capers or onions as garnish. Our products are also packaged in clear take home containers - 8 oz and 16 oz sizes. Samples are happily offered garnished with your choice of our homemade jalapeno pickles, red onions or capers.
