ROAM
David and Elise are the husband and wife team behind ROAM. ROAM is and ode to their favorite thing to do, travel and find great eats while roaming around new places. The goal of ROAM is to highlight the places and people who have helped shape our palates. We hope that our food evokes memories of walking around night markets or inspires you to learn about food history and the importance of celebrating the many ways that food brings us all together. We look forward to highlighting proteins and produce that come directly from local farms and slinging night market inspired eats.
David Propst or Elise Moore
Chef David has worked at some of the best rated restaurants on the West Coast including James Beard Winners and Michelin Star earning spaces such as Foreign Cinema and Nancy Oakes Boulevard in San Francisco, CA. He has also spent years as a Private and Catering Chef traveling all around the USA cooking for musicians and television productions.
Elise is the Queen of hospitality. She too has worked in some of the best restaurants that the West Coast has to offer including many years with the James Beard and 1 Michelin Star rated State Bird Provisions in San Francisco. She is a Certified Sommelier and has one of the most precise palates in the industry. She is a passionate baker and uses her Southern Charm to make every person she meets feel at home in any situation.
