We are a fifth generation family farm dedicated to creating handmade hemp products. We grow our own hemp and support farmers around us who grow as well. Our farm is based on regenerative agricultural practices, and we can proudly say all 154 acres are pesticide, herbicide, and insecticide FREE. We practice no-til methods and permaculture principles. We believe in working alongside nature, not against it. We also have homegrown vegetables (our primary products are hemp products but any veggies we didn't eat/preserve throughout the week usually get sold out at the market!) and pumpkins in the fall.

Production Practices
Our products contain full spectrum CBD extract. This means they offer a variety of cannabinoids including CBD, CBG, CBN, & more. These cannabinoids work together to create the "entourage effect", which theorizes that when multiple cannabinoids are taken at once, they work synergistically to create enhanced effects compared to when taken in solitude (such as highly processed isolate products).

My name is Kaya, and I steward my family's 5th generation farm in Adams, TN. I grew up spending summers at the farm with my great grandparents, while I fell in love with the Tennessee countryside. The dewy mornings and hazy sunsets behind pastures of cows had my heart from an early age.
After college, I had the opportunity to stay on a legal cannabis farm in Michigan, where they grew, processed, and produced their own legal cannabis products. I saw multi-generation family farms being saved thanks to the booming cannabis industry. I was completely inspired but felt frustrated at my home state's prohibition laws against the medicinal plant.
I couldn’t help but think back to close family members who had passed from cancer and other ailments and who would have greatly benefited from cannabis if they had had access to a legalized industry at the time. Unfortunately, without legalization, I wasn’t sure how to pursue my cannabis farm dream, so I continued growing vegetables and working jobs off the farm as well.
In December of 2019, I had a spinal fusion at the age of 25. After many months of painful recovery, I was ready to find a medicinal solution that didn’t involve pain medications to help me manage my day-to-day. I had heard great things about CBD, which had been recently legalized in TN by the 2018 Farm Bill. One spring morning while leaning on fence posts, my neighbor and I had a discussion about his brother who had grown an abundance of hemp in his first grow.
I was completely enthralled, so we partnered up and I created my first ever CBD Balm. I’ll never forget my first time using it. I rubbed it all over my back right before bed and within 30 minutes I knew I had a product that I 100% believed in and wanted to share with others. On April 20th, 2021, The Green Farmacy came into existence, and I began creating my own line of handmade, natural CBD products from locally grown hemp!
