M y name is Ashley and I have been making Fresh Salsa for 8 years. It is a family recipe and is currently being sold on the west coast and the East coast! My mom runs the business in North Idaho and I run The Salsa Chic out of my commercial kitchen in Spring Hill Florida. I am fully licensed and insured. I am registered under The Salsa Chic LLC with Fresh from Florida with the Dept of agriculture. I have my salsa available at different vendor events throughout each month as well as a couple store locations. I offer a very popular Mango Pineapple with a medium kick, a regular mild, medium and hot. Each pint is freshly made before each event and sells for $6 a pint or 2/$10. The best by date is always 14 days from production.
