We are a small local company of enterprising chefs. At Ajos grill we are lovers of Latin cuisine, with a special interest in Latin fusion. We have the desire to share with our guest the Amazing flavors of Hispanic food, especially Venezuelan food taken to the next level. At Ajos Grill we are working on creating a concept of healthy food that can meet most dietary restrictions. If you want to eat gluten free, vegan or just healthy, you will be able to enjoy a deliciously fresh cooked meal, made the traditional way with our special spin for each guest. The Queen of our menu is the Arepa, The Arepa is the staple of each meal and can be filled with many different fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
