Specializing in microgreens, we are currently based out of the non-profit Fort Houston. Besides our various microgreens offerings, we vend greens and produce from our sponsoring and partnering farms, such as HydroHouse Farms & Cheekee Greens Farms. We take care to follow sanitation protocols and are committed to biodegradable packaging.

Production Practices
Integrated Pest Management
We ensure proper temperature, humidity, and air movement within our grow environment to prevent mold and fungal infection. Seeds, jute mat, tools, and any reused trays are disinfected with hydrogen peroxide between grow cycles per FDA recommendations. Logs of environmental data and routine cleaning and maintenance are accessible in case of recall.
