Non Gmo
Microgreens are grown indoors in climate controlled environment with no pest problems, requiring no harmful management practices. We use OMRI rated coconut coir as a crow medium and Non-GMO, Organic Seeds. Upon request of difficult to find seed varieties, we strictly stick to Non-GMO conventional seeds. This might apply to more rare microgreens varieties such as certain flowers or herbs not typically used for microgreens. Our crops are grown in a 7-20 day cycle, with no weed control issues, requiring no chemical or physical weed management measures. Disease control measures involve daily sanitization of equipment and surfaces using OMRI-approved hydrogen peroxide solution. No chemicals or methods are necessary on microgreens for disease control, as we use mechanical control measures such as climate, humidity, and watering frequency to manage. We have no soil contamination issues, as microgreens are grown indoors in climate controlled setting using coconut coir grow medium. We require no heavy machinery in production, and all labor (planting, germinating, watering) is done by hand. All of our materials are CNG Certified
