This is all started a couple of years ago when I started to experiment with Turmeric Root Powder. I read a lot about its health enhancing effects and wanted to try it. I started by mixing some with my gym water bottle and quickly noticed that it didn't taste good and was hard to consume. I also was studying Collagen and found that there was a wide range of Collagen and figured I'd add the very best Collagen to add even more health benefits. Through much work and experimentation I found that if I flavored this mix with Amino Acids it created a very tasty, very healthy Hydration drink. I drink this at the gym and with my meals now.
