Hi, I'm Ruthie Bee! I am the owner and artisan behind Sandollar Soap Co. For many years I struggled with troubled skin and started making skincare products for personal use. I started Sandollar Soap Co. because I want to share how switching to natural soap has made a difference in my life. I'm a firm believer that what we put ON our bodies matters just as much as what we put IN them. 60% of what we apply to our skin travels into our bloodstream, which is why all my products are made using sustainable quality ingredients - always free harsh chemicals, phthalates, parabens, and preservatives.

All products are handmade in small batches with the health of your body and the Earth in mind. Sandollar Soap Co. uses quality skin-loving ingredients to create soaps through the "cold process." This process blends oils and lye together to produce a block of fatty acids and glycerol. This premature block of soap is cut into bars and left to cure for 4-6 weeks. After curing, a luxurious bar of pure glycerin soap is ready to be used!

Sandollar Soap Co. also makes candles using coconut soy wax. Coconut soy wax makes a superior quality candle because it is a biodegradable, plant-based resource that is environmentally friendly, clean burning, and longer lasting than traditional paraffin candles. It is made without harmful chemicals and produces a cleaner burn without black soot or chemical byproducts.
