Refill station for liquid soap

I would like to establish a refill station for liquid soap and other refillable items, like perhaps dog wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner. The product would be a base that is scented by me, with my bottles refilled or bottles supplied by the customer. The customer would have their continer weighed, and the price would be according to weight, per ounce.
