Our Chimichurri sauce is a recipe that has been passed down and improved upon for 60 years, from Argentina to the United States. Nick B's started in the snowy slopes of West Virginia, where we had a restaurant in the mountains for 4 years. Now Nick B's has been in the Florida Sunshine in Miami and more recently in Pine Island, where we have our restaurant. Our Chimichurri sauce is made of Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, and Spices and has set us on a mission to broaden people's minds and taste palettes and add more flavor to their world.
We have a reputation that precedes us at many markets all over Florida, some being the Aventura Farmers Market, Sarasota Farmers Market, Cape Coral Downtown Market, the Fort-Meyers Santini Market, Beach Baptist Farmers Market, the Yellow- Green Market, the Punta Gorda Farmers Market, and more! We also have a restaurant on Pine Island where our Chimichurri is sold and produced, and of course, we ship all over the country. Our product is excellent, no doubt.
