Caramella MOO is a small, woman owned, hand made chocolate covered toffee shop. We began in a home kitchen, walked away from the stove and came back to discover a mistake that created a great tasting confection. We are a social enterprise that donates to help youth with addiction and recovery.
Nancy Collier excitedly started into Caramella MOO in 2018 after years of working in a family business. She has been developing and experimenting with flavor combinations, vegan toffee, and other confections, helping to grow her business. Her toffee is available in retail stores, and is available at local markets in the NY, NJ area.
