We are Pauwela Beverage Company. A Maui Kombucha and Water Kefir brewing company located in Haiku-Pauwela. We have eight flavors available in 16oz bottles. We use 100% compostable labeling, 100% recyclable ‘HI5’ bottles, and do everything we can to be as sustainable as possible in our brewery operations. Sourcing local and/or organic ingredients is the main goal of our business, utilizing the abundance Maui has to offer. From our ginger turmeric kombucha to our lilikoi water kefir, the taste of the island runs through every one of our products.
Our focus is flavor-forward, well balanced, kombucha and water kefir. We are passionate about probiotics and their amazing benefits and are happy to share them with you. We put our hearts into every batch we brew and will satisfy your taste buds with our diverse, bold flavors.

Aloha! I am the owner, along with my husband, Kyle, of Pauwela Beverage Company here on Maui. My vendor on Oahu will be my amazing friend Geoffrey Johnson. We are interested in vending at markets in Oahu as a first step in our ultimate goal of distribution to Oahu restaurants, stores, hotels, etc.
We participate in multiple markets here on Maui and our product does great! People love enjoying a crisp, refreshing kombucha during their market stroll.
