Food Safety Management Act (FSMA) certified. We start our own plants from GMO-free seeds, in locally produced mushroom compost. No pesticides, no herbicides, no preservatives, ever.
Jellies and Relishes conform to USDA published recipes. Whole peppers dehydrated at 140 degrees with a 160 degree kill step.
