I have a cottage industry making jams, jellies, herb/spice mixes and dried fruit. I recently located here and am trying to get re-established.
James Taylor and I have been making jams together now for about 4 years. We make roughly 35 different flavors of jams and jellies, have some wonderful herb mixes and make dried fruit plates.
