LEMONADE

We use only real fruits to make our lemonades. We use NO preservatives, additives, pre-mixes, powders or artificial flavors. We prepare our fruits, purees, juices, filtered ice and water each week for the weekend markets.

How We Make Each Lemonade Fresh to Order:
1. We slice the lemon, lime, or orange into 8 pieces
2. We use a pneumatic press to freshly squeeze the lemon, orange, lime and mint. We call the press our "Lemonator", which I drew the designs for. It releases all of the juice and the zest from the white flesh of the citrus fruits. This provides more vitamin C and puts off a delightful citrus aroma into the air that our customers love.
3. We add a cane sugar simple syrup that is our own proprietary recipe. Our lemonades are very balanced, not too sweet and only 94 calories plus fruit. We have stevia available for any customers who want a 'sugar-free' lemonade. We can also make a lemonade with no sugar or sweeteners at all. Every lemonade is made fresh to the customer's request.
4. We add fruit purees to order. We have strawberry, mango, and watermelon year-round. Our seasonal selections are apple and blueberry in fall/winter. We hand-puree the strawberries and mangointo a blend. We run watermelon through a juicer. There are NO added sugars or ingredients, just fruit. A customer can choose any combination and our mixologist will make it happen.
5. We add a scoop of filtered ice cubes and fill with water, close the lid, and shake the lemonade vigorously to blend all ingredients into one tasty beverage. Then we pour the lemonade in a cup and serve it. It is a show for the customer as they watch their lemonade get made fresh!
