Growing Roots Hawaii
Vendor
We are a family owned/run small business specializing in coconut products, aca'i bowls, smoothies, fresh juice and candles.
Torben does spike less coconut trimming all over the island locally, which is better for the coconut trees, spikes cause devastating damage to them. We use all the parts of our coconuts to create our coconut products, nothing goes to waste. Fresh coconuts are used for water of which we both bottle and sell in the whole coconut, the meat is both packaged for individual sale and used to make our delicious coconut milk. We make coconut flour from the pulp leftover from the milk and any extra we share with our chickens. From mature coconuts we make our toasted shredded coconut and coconut bowls. We have our own special acai recipe made from and topped with organic local fruits, honey and granola. We juice fresh pineapples which we use in our smoothies. When available, we source local watermelons for our cold pressed watermelon juice.
