I am 27 years old, born and raised in South Florida and have special the last 5 1/2 years in Portland. I started Heart & Bones kitchen in March because I wanted to make healthy, delicious, allergy friendly food more accessible. I run a meal prep service for a local Paleo restaurant called Cultured Caveman and I use their kitchen after hours for my own business. My husband and I work late hours as he presses out grain free spinach wraps and I craft each menu itiem from scratch. My best friend helps me cashier at events. Last season we did Moreland Farmers Market and we frequently cater National University of Natural Medicine. We are eager to do more farmers markets next year and fill even more bellies with crazy delicious and healthy food made locally and ethically
