Instinctively Different

I am Mesha Williams, the Founder, and Creator at Instinctively Different. We are a woodworking and home decor company that specializes in creating unique interior furniture and wall art. After resigning from a job that caused unnecessary anxiety, which later spiraled into depression a year prior, Instinctively Different was established in 2014 designing leather goods.

Although I liked what I was doing, this was not my true passion. I realized I was fascinated with building, refinishing furniture, and creating unique pieces. This inspired me to learn more about Woodworking and to love what I do as a creator. With much encouragement from friends and family, in 2019, we were re-established as a woodworking design company.

So why Instinctively Different? To be Instinctive is prompted by ensuing something spontaneously. We are all unique, beautifully designed, and have the instinct to be different and spontaneous.
