Tabor Bread opened in 2012 with the mission of producing bread that was made from locally grown grains and baked in a wood fired oven. Our bread is primarily whole grain and naturally leavened (sourdough). We also sell a wonderful variety of pastry that are also whole grain and naturally leavened.
We do not require that our farmers be certified organic though most are. We source from small local growers and are familiar with their ethics and practices and can stand behind them
