We offer live monarch butterfly chrysalis boxes, which makes it the perfect gifting option for the guests. This unique and meaning gift allows the recipient to join the monarch butterfly as it makes its final transformation and witness the metamorphosis. With each butterfly release, it is not only a breathtaking sight, but it symbolizes in hope, happiness, beauty, and a new fresh start! But most importantly, the release will help promote wild monarch population in Hawaii, which is sadly on a fast decline across North America. All our caterpillars are all responsibly raised to ensure we raised the healthiest and strongest monarchs possible.
After learning wild monarch butterflies population is on a fast decline, I decided to get involved by educating myself, and help this dying species in whatever way I can.
As I attempted to raise monarch butterflies in my home garden, I quickly fell in love with this species. It was the first time I was able to experience the life cycle and the transformation of a Monarch Butterfly. After several releases and with this experience under my belt, I wanted to share this magical adventure with all my friends and family, and also the community. As a result, this brought life to the Live Chrysalis Boxes so that everyone can get a chance to experience it for themselves!
I hope that with the chrysalis boxes, it will help add a smile to someone's face and brighten their day! Most importantly, I hope it will inspire more people to join our adventure in raising the caterpillars and help promote the wild population of monarch butterflies in Hawaii.
