My wife, Meaghan (right), our friend Paige (left)and I have worked together as licensed opticians for several years. Post Covid, we decided to do something else that we were passionate about and that is making cheesecakes! We have been asked for years from friends and family to make our cheesecakes for family dinners or special events or just because. They make people happy and we love that!
