Mexican Street Corn Cuisine

My business was inspired by my upbringing and Mexican tradition, growing up I just remember always waiting outside for the Mexican street corn vendor to come by so I can get some of that delicious corn that included melted butter, Mayo, Cotija cheese and Tajín onmy corn which is a spice that was optional. As I got older and moved away from California I realized there wasn’t much places that sold Mexican street corn the way I liked it and in the way I was used to it growing up and that’s how Mexican street corn cuisine was invented. I plan on expanding and sharing my traditions with as many people as possible through food and an overall welcoming experience.
