Southern Bay Bakery

When Chef Haylee was attending baking school in New York it became her dream to someday open a bakery in her home state of Florida.
A year and a half after she graduated college, she bought her first bakery in Tampa. On April 11th 2017 Southern Bay Bakery officially opened. A week later she bought her second location in St. Pete, and on June 16th 2017 it opened.

October 2017 Haylee got the news she had to change the name of the bakeries. After months of brainstorming, one of her networking partners helped her come up with the new name Southern Bay Bakery. January 2018, she introduced the new name to the public, letting them know that “though the name has changed, we are the same great people and have the same great taste you know and love! We will still be here to make your day sweeter!”
