We are a family owned business from St. Charles, Iowa. Our food truck is called Off the Griddle. This venture started as my dream while working as a CPA. Losing my job due to covid sparked me to throw caution to the wind with my severance. My strong farm family roots are where our values lie- we support local farmers by buying as many products as we can from them, such as eggs, meat and even bread. Serving our local Midwest community makes our heart full. We serve comfort foods- everything is homemade with love and hard work. This also teaches our children the values of hard work as well as the strong work ethic both my husband and I possess.

Off the Griddle started as my dream but quickly became so much more then just that. My children and husband are the heartbeat of the organization. We serve many communities and charities- I grew up making homemade foods with my mother, even my grandmother. I am beyond happy to share that with the community the foods we create.
