Schnuck's Wood-Fired Pizza

We are a mobile Wood-Fired Pizza catering and concession business established in 2008. We roll up to your event with our authentic Italian wood-fired oven that is mounted on a custom made 12’ by 6’ trailer and bake delicious pizzas for you and your guests.
The oven bakes a pizza, at 800 degrees, in just a couple of minutes. Our pizzas have a thin crispy crust and are created with red pizza sauce or basil pesto, mozzarella cheese and topped with your choice of meats and vegetables.
Come see us every Saturday morning, October through May, in downtown St Petersburg at the Saturday Morning Market from 9am to 2pm.
