The Peanut Brittle Business began in 1948 by my Grandfather, Gerald. My Great Great Aunt Bernie had given him the recipe. The recipe was unique because after pouring the candy out there was to stretching or pulling the candy to make it thin. The Peanut Brittle I make is thick and airy and comes in sheets the size of a large cookie sheet. Each one weighs at minimum 2 Pounds.
