Cooking has been a lifelong passion. Raised in California I embraced the myriad of international foods I was exposed to and love to incorporate those flavors in unexpected ways. I moved to CT in 2001 and started this venture in 2010. I am the creator and my partner, Bill Anastas handles the sales side. We are a perfect team.
