Once Upon an Apple Pie

Once Upon an Apple Pie was created after winning a pie contest through the Des Moines Civic Center to promote the musical, “The Waitress.” Our Salted Caramel Apple Crumble pie recipe was reproduced by Hy-Vee and sold at each show. This is still our best selling pie. We make a variety of pies with an all butter crust and fresh, local ingredients. when available. We also make fresh baked cinnamon rolls.
