Arise Botanicals

Arise Botanicals is the committed practice and life's work of herbalist, Alex Svoboda. My work is based around seasonal products and custom formulations, one-on-one herbal consultations, and hands-on workshops. I practice in the Western herbal tradition as a certified clinical herbalist and nutritionist. I formulate and handcraft my remedies with herbs that are grown on my 1/2 acre homestead in Lincoln, Nebraska. Sourcing remedies from the ecosystems we’re integrated into is an important part of the medicine I offer.
