Birmie's Fixins

We are a start up veteran owned business. I've always love to cook and when I found the art of smoking, I couldn't stop, I just needed to keep making more and perfecting it. I started giving some to neighbors and friends and quickly was told to start selling. So that's what I did. I just love to see the look of happy customers.
We've been selling BBQ and sides by the pound. We do pulled pork and sometimes pulled chicken and brisket, smoked bacon jalapeño mac and cheese, regular smoked mac and cheese, Coleslaw, and baked beans. I've also done whole chickens, chicken wings and baby back ribs as well, but those are usually pre-ordered.
