I make butter mochi and chichi Dango using fresh island fruits when available. I make a variety of flavored snack mixes and cheese balls as well.
My love for baking started before I could walk. I’ve always enjoyed baking and cooking as ling as I can remember. I enjoy feeding people food I’ve created. I’m the most happiest when people enjoy things I create.

My love for baking started at a very young age. Family and friend always encouraged me to sell my baked goods. As I’ve always loved people enjoying things I’ve created and brings great joy to me. As my grandfather was generous with his food, I am the same way. He always wanted to start a restaurant with me before he passed, but time was never on his side. I’m now slowly building that dream into a reality.
