We have spent our first year in business building relationships with local farmers and producers of great products. Our goal is to grow our relationship within the community and the people of Portland.

I have run Twisted Croissant alone for it's first year with the help of some market staff. As we grow into a brick and mortar, we plan to add production staff, general manager, etc. I moved to Portland for the landscape and stayed because of the food culture and people.
