I have a charcuterie business where I build customized boards/platters, These can be for one person all the way up to a large catered gathering. Boards contain a combination of cured meats, cheese, fresh fruit, fresh vegetable, olives, nuts, fruit spreads, honey, and something sweet such as chocolates.
I work out of Cookspring, am ServSafe licensed, and have my BOH certificates.
