Scratch cook, dabbling in food for over 30 years. As a child, accompanied my father to my local market every week to buy fresh vegetables, meat and fish. My mother was an amazing cook and through her we learnt to appreciate fresh and good food. We were brought up on only home-cooked meals that my mother prepared.
