Mama’s Essentials has become the passion project of Tricia Streit Perez, who is a Clinical Herbalist and a Health and Wellness specialist. While guiding herself into remission from Graves’ Disease and Graves’ Eye Disease through focused changes to her lifestyle, she developed some life-changing herbal products that have supported the healing of herself and her loved ones. Of heightened interest to her is how the gut microbiome is affected by the foods we eat and how this, in turn, affects most of our body functions. She loves to work with all clients, but takes a special interest in people dealing with auto-immune, hormonal, and adrenal fatigue issues. Tricia is currently the School Director at Traditions School of Herbal Studies, where she completed her training in Western Herbalism and also teaches a monthly Anatomy lecture series.
