My name is Joe, and my business is Haole Boi Kitchen. From the name of my business, I am a " haole " boy from Florida trying to share my passion for food around the world.
We specialize in a little bit of everything from everywhere. The menu is constantly changing, with a few favorites here and there. An example of what is on the menu is cubanos (smoked pork and ham, swiss cheese, house pickles, mustard, all squeezed between a french loaf), pork long rice ( shoyu, long rice, smoked pork) and fruit smoothies ( seasonal fruits ).
My Name is Joe Miller. Moved to Hawaii from Florida only three years ago. Iv'e spent the better part of my life working in different kitchens up and down the east coast. Also spent time working in California and Peru. Learning as many cooking techniques as I could along the way. Im here now offering a small menu of some of my favorite thing to make,
