Aloha! We are the Rodriguez family 👪 My father is from Colombia and my mother is from Mexico.
We are a family of four: my wife from Japan, son, and our daughter. We have lived in Palolo valley for many years now.
About a year ago,We started a Mexican ceviche catering company during the pandemic as a means to an end, and with so much support and great feedback we've had great success. I have been in love with ceviche since childhood and since my kids were born,my mother always brought ceviche to our children’s birthday and everyone loved it. but with not too many options here i really wanted to bring quality authentic ceviche to Hawaii.

Our family's roots go back for over 50 years here in Hawaii and finally we would like to share some of our Amazing recipes we've shared at home. We promise to provide fresh locally sourced produce and the same great quality and taste every time. We're really excited at this new venture and hope you all get to experience our amazing Ceviche!
