About
I am an Iowa licensed massage therapist, Grammy award winning musician, certified Sound Therapist, Body Wisdom Massage School instructor, and Wushu Institute certified Tai Chi instructor. I've worked in various settings including chiropractic offices, salons, spas, hotels, indoor and outdoor events. Over the past 7-8 years I've had offices in the Beaverdale neighborhood, and my current office is located near downtown Des Moines. I offer regular community Sound Baths, private Tai Chi lessons, as well as massage services in my office. I've taught Tai Chi workshops at local businesses and events such as The Greater Des Moines Botanical Gardens, Celebrasian Heritage Festival, The Des Moines Social Club and more. I also own and operate a line of vegan skincare items and vegan confections under the name Lotus Box Designs. I offer private Tai Chi lessons in my office and have taught Tai Chi workshops at local businesses and events such as The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, Celebrasian Heritage Festival, The Des Moines Social Club, and more.
I also design and hand craft vegan skincare items and vegan confections such as soaps, bath bombs, candles, scrubs, chocolate bars, chocolate truffles, hot chocolate, hot cocoa bombs, and more.
