Former White House Chef and French Embassy Executive Chef, Patrice Olivon, is on a mission to share the French love of madeleines with American audiences. I love to be on the front of people and talk about my produces. I flavored the Madeleine with natural flavoring. I get all my flavoring from a small producer in California and they are 100% natural. I used this producer when I was working at the White House. I also make some cinnamon palmiers (elephant ears)
Financier as been very popular at other markets, so I will have then as well.
