Happy Rainbow Farms Food Truck

We had a Very popular restaurant in Tokyo at Daikanyama. Even before we would open people would make a long line outside. When the Head Chef decided to move to Hawaii with his family we had to close down our restaurant and we decided to bring Japanese food to Hawaii! We have brought the most popular dishes like our baked beef curry from our menu in Japan to our food truck here in Hawaii. We also serve freshly made fruit smoothies.

Our farm in Waianae Valley is the root of our Farm to Truck concept. Our beef comes directly from Kualoa Ranch. All of the produce is fresh from our farm here in Waianae, or other farms on the island of Oahu such as Sumida Farms where we get our watercress. This allows us to serve our customers fresh locally sourced organic food daily.
