We biointensively farm over 300 vegetable varieties on 2 acres with hoop house at the Headwaters Farm Incubator in Orient, OR. Our business sells at PSU Portland Farmers Market from November through Christmas and some early spring dates. During the summer we are at St Johns and Montavilla farmers markets every weekend and we sell directly to local restaurants.
