Janey's Bread

Hello!

My name is Janey and I am a wood fired bread baker from Louisa VA. My life has taken many ups and downs but the one consistent element has been baking, I found my confidence through it! My mission with my bakery is to use local local local, I would rather have a loaf of bread that didn't have the mainstream look but had the flavor and used local grain from the community. Community is what its all about and I would be honored if my bakery was a revolving door of others amazing products as well. I bake everything in wood oven, croissants, granola, cookies, bread...you name it!
