We are Paul and Olivia Schoentrup. We sell pasture raised dry aged beef, pork, and chicken meat products from animals raised only on our farm and on our pastures. We use an Organic, USDA inspected processor. All our meat products are free of all preservatives, MSG's or Nitrates, or any additional harsh chemicals. We sell products such as 30 Day Dry Aged Steaks, whole chickens, bacon, boneless skinless breast, thick cut pork chops, and much, much more!

Using organic practices, we rotate all species on pasture by managed intensive grazing. We use a USDA Organic processor so that our meats are free of MSG's and Nitrates.
Paul is an Air Force Veteran and currently a Firefighter and Paramedic for Shelbyville Fire Department. Olivia is a Purdue graduate and full time farmer. We have a 1 year son, Lincoln, that loves to help with all our chores! Together, we dedicate our lives to providing our community with fresh, local, and healthy meat products.
