Thomas German Bakery was continued in Sarasota, Florida in 2014 after 125 years in Germany. Our bakery has been owned by family since 1889 and is still now family owned and operated. We make authentic German breads and pastries that are loved by our American and European customers.

I have been a baker since the age of 16, following in my father’s footsteps. I got my master title in 1991 and have been baking since. Baking is my passion and I am committed to serving only the best quality products to my customers.
