About
We are artisan makers of prepackaged Japan inspired rice balls. We use ultra premium short grain rice from Sacramento Valley, CA and our fillings are bold and fun. We make fillings from scratch using fresh and seasonal ingredients. We have Ume, the super traditional pickled plum with shiso leaves, and we love all the different cultures that share this amazing place called Florida. Our Trinidad and Tobago inspired Chanas are very popular with our customers too.

I am a former swim mother. Our children spent countless hours by the competition pool and Omusubee is the perfect snack for them. From feeding our own children, we start feeding our children's friends too. I am a MD in a former life, transformed into a full time mother and now as a empty nester, I spend more and more time with the love of my life making fresh Omusubee for the community.
